Charles C. Hethey

Board Chair, Director

Charles Hethey is a securities lawyer in British Columbia and New York with over 10 years’ experience. Mr. Hethey represents a number of U.S. and Canadian listed entities on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and U.S. OTC markets. In particular, Mr. Hethey’s clients are active in a broad range of industries including mineral resources, oil and gas, industrial, green energy and technology.

Mr. Hethey has significant experience in U.S. and Canadian corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters. Mr. Hethey was a director of New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: ENRG), a mineral exploration company with exploration projects in Quebec and Chile, and a director of Skyledger Tech Corp. (CSE: SKYL), a Bitcoin miner.

Greg McCunn

CEO & Director

Mr. McCunn, a Professional Engineer, has more than 30 years of experience in the international mining sector and an established track record operationally. Mr. McCunn has worked within large mining organizations such as Placer Dome and Teck but has also led multiple junior mining companies from exploration success through the transition to project development, permitting, financing, construction and operations. As an executive, he has had a leadership role putting mines into production on three different continents.

In addition to Mr. McCunn’s strong operational and technical focus, his financial acumen and capital markets ability is proven, and as an executive he has raised over $600 million in equity and debt financing from US and Canadian capital markets. He has also completed over $ 1 billion in merger and acquisitions transactions and has been the Chief Executive Officer of several NYSE and TSX listed companies, including Alio Gold and Galiano Gold. Mr. McCunn holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and has had more than a decade of experience in the mining sector as a Chief Financial Officer.

Dr. Chris Muller

Director

Dr. Muller is a geologist with over 20 years of experience in open pit and underground mine, near mine, brownfields and greenfields exploration, in Papua New Guinea, Mongolia, China, Ghana, Indonesia and Thailand. He is Executive Vice President, Exploration for K92 Mining Inc., a rapidly growing gold and copper producer in Papua New Guinea. Dr. Muller has worked on a range of mineral deposit styles, including porphyry Cu/Au, epithermal and skarn precious and base metal, carbonate – base metal and Archean gold deposits. He has been directly involved in several important mineral finds during his career, including the discovery of additional porphyry deposits that led to the world class status of the Wafi/Golpu project in Papua New Guinea.

During his tenure at K92, Dr. Muller and the K92 team have been involved in multiple discoveries including Kora North, which was awarded the prestigious Thayer Lindsley Award for Best Global Discovery in 2021 from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the discovery of the Blue Lake Porphyry, initially recognized in 2017 and now Papua New Guinea’s 5th largest porphyry deposit.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (majoring in geology and geophysics), a degree with first class honours in economic geology and a PhD in plate tectonics in conjunction with molecular dating.

Robert G. McMorran

Director

Robert McMorran obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1981 and has over 35 years of experience working in the mining industry. He founded Malaspina Consultants Inc. in July 1997, a private company providing accounting and administrative services to junior public companies.

He has held numerous board and senior management positions with a number of public companies since 1991 including Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd, Terra Ventures Inc, Roxgold Gold Inc, and the Canada Dominion Resources Group.

Iain Martin

Director

Iain Martin was a Co-Founder and Director of Wild Dog Resources Inc. that recently merged with Fosterville South Exploration Ltd. Mr. Martin has spent the last 5 years founding, advancing, and financing several companies with properties in Papua New Guinea (PNG) as a director and in senior management positions.

Mr. Martin spent 25 years in the Canadian financial advisory sector as an Investment Advisor with RBC Wealth Management and Royal Trustco. In 2016 he began creating and financing start-up mineral exploration companies. Mr. Martin has Master and undergraduate degrees in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University with broad experiences at the Dome Mine in Timmins and exploration with Falconbridge Ltd throughout Northern Ontario.

Over the past 20 years Mr. Martin brings broad experience as a director of various exploration companies, Timmins and District Hospital including Chair of the Finance Committee, Timmins Economic Development Corporation and the Timmins Symphony Orchestra.
